The short version

OGS Scrims & Leagues is a season-based membership delivered instantly. Because access to the members area, rules hub, and weekly scrims begins the moment your payment goes through, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once payment is completed, with one exception described below.

What you're buying

A one-time payment for a full season pass: weekly scrims, team matchmaking, the rules hub, members chat, the team registry, weekly brackets, and finals access. This is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and no hidden fees.

No returns or refunds

Refunds are not possible because the membership is digital and access is granted immediately. Once your access is activated, the product is considered delivered and consumed.

The one exception

If you paid but genuinely never received access to the members area, and our support confirms a technical failure on our side, we will either restore your access or issue a full refund within 7 business days. This is the only refund scenario. To qualify, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your payment reference.

Removed members

Members who break community rules (harassment, cheating, toxicity, or ban evasion) lose access without refund. One season of good behavior is all we ask; playing fair is not a big price for entry.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support will be contested with transaction records and access logs as evidence.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law.
